This is copypasted on all 4 pages. There's no dialogue, bye the way.
For my Comic Book Narrative class, one of our assignments was to illustrate an Aesop fable in four pages. I chose The Ant and the Grasshopper, although I did my own spin on it (mine involves 19th century country bumpkin steez and foul, indecent gestures!). This comic is illustrated in a more basic, old-school fashion that pays tribute to Eisner and Spiegelman levels of narrative clarity rather than the dynamic panel layouts of today's superhero comics. You know, spotting your blacks, designing your own header-- real base stuff.
