This is a color study of myself. It's hard to paint other people using a computer since my desktop can't be set up anywhere I want, so I had to use myself as a model. I didn't really like doing self-portraits until last year, and although I can appreciate it more now I still don't feel completely comfortable doing it. I'd much rather paint other people. It's not very refined and the lighting is crap in my room (I have no sunlight, go fig) but I tried to do it anyway. It's kinda rough but I might use it as a reference for a bigger project. I am mildly pleased, but you'll have to ask someone who knows me if it's an honest portrait because I can never tell. Done in Photoshop 7.
