Gwibers are in Enedwaith, cousins of the great dragons.

You might see these in LOTRO but they'll look a bit different. I based it off of a vulture and a featherless turkey.

Can't remember if the feathers made it into the final design. The Gwiber are a pretty cool species. Even Gwiberlings are Signature level, and the adults were either Elite or Elite Master.
A lot of details tend to be lost in the transition to in-game rendering, but these things never struck me as just another Drake reskin.
