Description
I wanted to do a painting where I could practice some techniques. Uh, that's about it. Trying to tell a story without words again, all that junk. Yes, both characters are female.
english isn't my language but I hope my text can be understood, nonetheless.
Even if it was an accident to show two women in black and white skin, fully clothed, and in a pose where the white woman clings to the black .. - it was and is a pleasant accident because it shows how feminism art should be and it gives a spark of remembrance of a long died sisterhood! I really have to say, it's a shame that there aren't much such fantasy pictures where two women are not pornoficated and are actually show in a militant way. It's just so bitter and sad to be always portrayed as weak and "sexy" woman only for the pleasure of men and others who like to. David Benatar said "Better never to have been" - I would say yes sadly true and add "better never to have been a woman"! or a cow, a pig another animal...
